I am using Durelon as my crown and bridge cement. I am looking for a better product that I don’t have to mix. What should I go with?

There are several categories of cements that are useful for different crown and bridge applications. The most universal cements are the self-adhesive resin cements, such as Maxcem Elite (Kerr Corporation), 3M ESPE RelyX Unicem Universal Resin Cement (3M ESPE), or Breeze (Pentron Clinical Technologies). Other very useful cements in today’s dental practice are the resin-modified glass ionomers, such as 3M ESPE RelyX Luting Plus (3M ESPE). These cements are useful for cementation of all traditional restorations where bonding is not essential. Another useful category of cements is the adhesive resin cement. Products such as Multilink Automix (Ivoclar Vivadent) or Tokuyama M Bond (Tokuyama America) are good cements for most any indication and bond to most dental substrates.
