Which type of silane is a better product, a one-or two-bottle system?

Both single-bottle and two-bottle silane systems (ceramic primers) are clinically acceptable. The one-bottle systems have a longer shelf life (about 2 years) and therefore are more stable. THE DENTAL ADVISOR recommends Versa-Link (Sultan Healthcare) which received a + + + + + from our Clinical Consultants. EMBRACE WetBond Restoration & PFM Repair Kit (Pulpdent) is another recommended product that has additional components for ceramic repair. Both products are reviewed in Jan-Feb 2008 on-line issue.
