Since founding in 2003 by Dr. Jenny Shen, a respected cosmetic dentist and lecturer in Santa Clara, California, BEYOND™ has grown rapidly into a recognizable global leader in professional tooth whitening systems. In 2008, BEYOND expanded its product lines to included dentists prescribed and OTC oral care products.

BEYOND™ owns and manages a U.S. corporate headquarters in Stafford, Texas, a European headquarters in Berlin, Germany with distribution warehouse in Poland, and an Asia Pacific headquarters in Beijing, China. In all countries with the exception of Germany and China, BEYOND™ has partner agents who market the BEYOND™ Whitening Accelerator and other BEYOND™ products to dental professionals. In Germany, BEYOND™ staffs its own sales force. In Mainland China, BEYOND™ is matching the country's growth with ten provincial offices opened since 2007.

In addition to the three headquarters offices, regional offices, and international distribution network, BEYOND™ manages its production and assembly facility in Nanchang, China, employing over 200 chemists, designers, engineers, and general manufacturing staff.
