Description

Lute-It!® Luting Cement is a multi-purpose, light- and dual-cured cementation and repair kit. It contains 4 shades of radiopaque, fluoride-releasing resin with matching water-soluble try-in pastes. In addition to the luting resin, hydrofluoric acid, silane, an opaquer, and an adhesive are provided along with the necessary implements for mixing and application. Lute-It! Luting Cement is designed to be used with Bond-It! but any dentin bonding system can be used. Lute-It! Luting Cement was evaluated by 15 clinicians and used in over 210 applications. 

Lute-It! Luting Cement is a highly recommended resin cement for ceramic and composite esthetic restorations. It received an 88% approval rating.

Product Features

The kit is compact and well-designed, and the instructions are clear and concise. Lute-It! Luting Cement is easy to dispense, and the shade selection is adequate for most esthetic applications. The try-in pastes are helpful in establishing the final resin shade selection and are easily rinsed off. Initial curing occurs readily, and any excess cement is easy to remove upon initial cure. Consultants commented positively on the ease of mixing and handling as well as on its fluoride-releasing potential and radiopaque features. Seventy percent of clinicans said they would purchase and recommend Lute-It! Luting Cement to a colleague.
